Can I exchange my product?

 

  • Due to health and safety regulations, we are no longer able to accept any exchanges for online or in salon purchases. If you are not satisfied with your product or received a damaged parcel, please email us at info@properhairlounge.com

Can I get a refund?

  • Due to following strict Covid 19 protocols, we are unable to offer in-salon or online returns/refunds. However, PROPER HAIR LOUNGE chooses carefully the products we align ourselves. Our aim is to have you believe in the products as much as we do.We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. Contact us via email at info@properhairlounge.com

 

  • Please note all  hair tools and appliances are all FINAL SALE. 

Which shipping methods are available?

  • Canada Pos - 1 to 7 business days.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

  • A note from Canada Post: Customers should anticipate delays as important safety measures, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process heavy parcel volumes. 

  • We make every effort to process your order within 24hours, however orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation.
